About Me

The power of words mosaicked together on the pages of literary works is unfathomably moving, centering, and destabilizing all at the same time. These words are worth investing hours, days sometimes months to start, finish, and re-read.

A friend once told me that art and book critics must exist to keep the conversation going, to challenge artists, to engage the audience as more than just an audience but as active participants in the work created. As a writer, feedback, constructive criticism, and the exchange of knowledge are among the most important pieces required to improve my craft. With this website, I hope to help spread knowledge about great books, raise questions about challenging books, and provide others a space to do the same.
